Systems Informed Implicit Bias-

You know those half day "diversity" trainings that leave you confused, unsure of how to move forward, but reticent to admit a lack of understanding? This training is NOT one of them!  In this training, which is comprised of a series of sessions where participants are presented with multiple opportunities to critically assess how their behaviors- and biases- are subconsciously informed by cultural conditioning and develop individualized plans to confront internalized bias and address systems of oppression as a whole.  

Strategic Planning Facilitation- 

Finally, strategic planning that sticks- gather your cohort together for a full day of confronting individual and systemic barriers to goal attainment- and then identify the goals you wish to move forward with.  Be prepared to think critically as you explore the simple, yet provocative questions intended to jump start your success.
