About the event
Yoga is for EVERY BODY! Come join us for a yoga practice that is accessible and adapted for your body. Enjoy the benefits of the practice while moving the body gently and slowly with the breath. Practice seated during the whole class or stand for some parts. We practice together yet each person explores what is best for them. Postures/poses will be adapted to YOUR possibilities. Class is guided by teacher Janis Ware, RYT, who specializes in Accessible and Adaptive Yoga for all bodies.
